(2012) Hermeneutic phenomenology in education, Dordrecht, Springer.
If hermeneutic phenomenology is the study of the meanings of lived experiences, how exactly do we come to know about experience and its meanings? In this chapter, I address this question by considering four positions or perspectives evident in common language, and also often implicit in the language of phenomenological research.
