Zu den Vertretern des neoaristotelischen ethischen Naturalismus (im Folgenden kurz Aristotelischer Naturalismus genannt) gehören Philippa Foot (2001), Peter Geach (1956, 1977), Rosalind Hursthouse (1999), John McDowell (1995), Alasdair MacIntyre (1999), Martha Nussbaum (1993, 1995) und Michael Thompson (1995); ebenso Elisabeth Anscombe, deren Arbeiten so viele der hier genannten Philosophinnen und Philosophen beeinflusst haben.
